  RAY E. BEISTEL
  
  Ray E. Beistel, 52, Somerset RD 1, died July 6, 1977, at Somerset Community
  Hospital.  He was born August 16, 1924, in Lincoln Township, son of Melda
  (Brendle) Beistel of Somerset RD 2 and the late Glenn Beistel.  He is
  survived by his widow, the former Marie B. Brougher, and these children;
  David, Washington D.C.; Mrs. Kaye Baker, Somerset; Joyce at home; and two
  grandchildren.  He was a brother of Wayne and James, both of Somerset RD 2,
  and William, West Jefferson, Ohio.  He was a member of St. Paul's United
  Church of Christ, FOE, BPOE, and the American Legion.  He was an employe of
  Somerset Ceramics and a veteran of World War II.  Friends are being received
  at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at
  10:30 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Richard Shellenberger, officiating. 
  Interment, Edie Cemetery.
