  LEAH M. BEITZEL
  
    Leah M. Beitzel, 86, of Accident RD 1, Md., died February 2, 1980 at her
  residence.
    Born in Accident, she was a daughter of the late Peter Opel and Mary
  (Brenneman) Opel.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Beitzel.
    She was a member of Glade Mennonite Church and missionary society of the
  church.
    She is survived by three sons, Paul Beitzel, Oakland, Md.; Herbert
  Beitzel, Canton, Ohio; C.O. (Jack) Beitzel, Accident; five daughters, Mrs.
  Mae Caruthers, Grantsville, Md.; Mrs. Iva Hostetler, Hartsville, Ohio; Mrs.
  Mildred Cline, Accident; Mrs. Evelyn Schaffer and Mrs. Marion Fread, both of
  Canton; one brother, Herman Opel, Accident; 28 grandchildren and 17
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville.  Services
  were conducted in Glade Mennonite Church by the Rev. Kenneth Zehr. 
  Interment will be in Glade Cemetery.
