WILLIAM F. BEITZEL

  William F. Beitzel, brother of Mrs. Lucinda Becket, of Confluence, died in 
Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md., Sept. 28, 1944.
  A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Beitzel, he was born April 20, 1885 at 
Harnedsville, Pa.  His first 25 years were lived in the vicinity of Harnedsville 
and Confluence, but during his later years he lived in W.Va., and Maryland, 
having been employed by the Potomac Edison Company for 23 years.
  He was preceded in death by a son, his parents, three sisters and one brother.
  The funeral service was held at Milton Bennett's home in LaVale, Md., where he 
had made his home.  Rev. E. P. Heinze, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, of 
Cumberland, officiated.  Interment in the Addison Cemetery.
