Born Oct. 11, 1965, in Meyersdale. A son of Barbara Ellis, and her husband Kenneth, of Meyersdale; and Merle Belcher, and his wife Judy, of Keyser, W.Va. Also survived by three children: Christopher Adam Belcher, Dylan Tracy Belcher and Patrick James Lowrey. Three nieces, four nephews, and numerous aunts and uncles. A brother of Dawn Bonner, and her husband Larry, Fort Ashby, W.Va.; and Frank Belcher, and his wife Melanie, Berlin. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Member of Labor Local 419 and Meyersdale Moose Lodge 476. A graduate of Frankfort High School Class of 1983. Employee of S.T. Pipeline Inc., Clendenin, W.Va. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Mark Bender officiating.
