   Allen Tracy Hummel Belcher, 40, Meyersdale, died Aug. 23, 2006, in Hardy
  County, W.Va. Born Oct. 11, 1965, in Meyersdale. A son of Barbara Ellis, and
  her husband Kenneth, of Meyersdale; and Merle Belcher, and his wife Judy, of
  Keyser, W.Va. Also survived by three children: Christopher Adam Belcher, Dylan
  Tracy Belcher and Patrick James Lowrey. Three nieces, four nephews, and
  numerous aunts and uncles. A brother of Dawn Bonner, and her husband Larry,
  Fort Ashby, W.Va.; and Frank Belcher, and his wife Melanie, Berlin. A veteran
  of the U.S. Air Force. Member of Labor Local 419 and Meyersdale Moose Lodge
  476. A graduate of Frankfort High School Class of 1983. Employee of S.T.
  Pipeline Inc., Clendenin, W.Va. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted
  at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Mark Bender officiating. Interment, St.
  Paul's (Wilhelm) Cemetery, Meyersdale. Arrangements by the William Rowe Price
  Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale.

  Allen Tracy Hummel Belcher, 40 of Meyersdale, died August 23, 2006 in Hardy
  County, WV. 
  Born October 11, 1965 in Meyersdale. A son of Barbara Ellis, and her husband
  Kenneth, of Meyersdale; and Merle Belcher, and his wife Judy, Keyser, WV. Also
  survived by three children: Christopher Adam Belcher, Dylan Tracy Belcher, and
  Patrick James Lowery. Three nieces, four nephews, and numerous aunts and
