  ARTHUR J. BELCHER
  
    Arthur J. Belcher, 67, LaVale, Md., died Thursday, March 6, in Sacred
  Heart Hospital, Cumberland.
    Born in Meyersdale Sept. 13, 1901, he was a son of Richard and Fannie
  (Merrill) Belcher.
    Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Nicholas Pochucha, Arlington, Va., a son,
  Richard Belcher, Glen Burnie, Md., and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Glessner,
  Somerset, and Mrs. Margaret Deal, LaVale.
    Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon in Konhaus Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, with Rev. Ralph Mills officiating.  Interment was made in Union
  Cemetery, Meyersdale.
