    Hilda Thelma Bell, 69, of Somerset, died Jan. 11, 1999, at Siemon
  Lakeview Manor Estates, Somerset.  Born Aug. 6, 1929, in Barrelville, Md. 
  Preceded in death by parents,  George William and Maggie May (Crissey)
  Martz, and husband, Alvin E. Bell, who died Nov. 4, 1974.  Survived by son,
  Eldon Bell, of Markleysburg.  Member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church.  Friends
  will be received from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
  Thursday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, with the Rev. Edward W.
  Ebersole officiating.  Interment at Bakersville Cemetery.
