Bell, 69, of Boswell RD 2, died March 1, 1975, in Somerset Community Hospital. Born in Lincoln Township, Dec. 20, 1905, a son of Robert and Annie (Shaulis) Bell. Preceded in death by one brother. Survived by his wife, the former Mary Armstrong and these children: David, Des Plaines, Ill; and two stepsons: Samuel Armstrong, Somerset RD 3; and Chief Master Sergeant Byron Armstrong, Panama, U.S. Air Force; 13 grandchildren; one brother, James, Somerset RD 2; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ada Bell, state of California. Member of the Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ. Retired miner and farmer and PennDOT employee. Friends are being received in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. Funeral services are Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ with Rev. Jeffrey Kistler officiating. Interment, church cemetery.
