  BELL
  
    William A. Bell, 83, Somerset RD 7, died Aug. 22, 1993, in Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Oct. 9, 1909 in Jenners Township, son of the late William
  Albert and Mary Agnes (Rhoads) Bell.  Preceded in death by parents; three
  brothers and two sisters, and his wife Mary Ann (Hetzer) Bell.  He is
  survived by a stepson, Albert E. Reckner, married to the former Jean Foust,
  Somerset RD 7; six grandchildren:  Sandra Reckner, Kirtland, Ohio; Kathy
  Weir, Somerset; Michael Reckner, Sipesville; Patrick and Becky Jo,
  Florence, S.C., and Jeff Reckner, Somerset.  Also five great-grandchildren,
  one great-great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.  Member of
  the FOE, Aerie 1801, Somerset.  Retired miner and retired from Fetterolf
  Coal Company.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service
  will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. David Jack officiating. 
  Interment, Beam's Cemetery.
