  HARRY J. BENDER
  
    Harry J. Bender, 64, Grantsville, died Wednesday, Dec. 14, in Sacred
  Heart Hospital, Cumberland.
    Born in Springs, he was a son of the late Jacob J. and Carrie (Fogle)
  Bender.
    He was a member of the Grantsville Methodist Church, the Methodist Men of
  the church and Camp 41, Woodmen of the World.
    Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jane Garletts, Friendsville, Md.; two
  brothers, Allen J. Bender, Cumberland; Clyde, New York city; and a sister,
  Mrs. Edna B. Landis, Grantsville.
    Funeral service was conducted Friday, Dec. 16, at Newman, Funeral Home,
  Grantsville, by Rev. Frank Johnson.  Interment was made in Grantsville
  Cemetery.
