  BENDER
  
  Jack B. Bender, DMD, 46, of Jeannette, died April 26, 1989, at Presbyterian
  University Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born June 30, 1942, in Meyersdale, son of
  E. Mildred "Nan" (Beynon) Bender of Somerset, and the late George
  Washington "Hans" Bender.  Survived by wife, the former Karen Jean Groves,
  and daughter, Jaclyn Holly Bender, at home.  Self-employed dentist and
  endodontist in Greensburg; 1960 graduate of Somerset High School; 1964
  graduate of the University of Pittsburgh; and 1968 graduate University of
  Pittsburgh Dental School with specialty training in endodonics.  Member of
  Calvary United Methodist Church; board member of Hidden Valley Four Season
  Condo Association; member of Pennsylvania American Dental Associations;
  Western Pa. Odontological Society and the American Association of
  Endodontists.  Friends received from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home where service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Calvary
  United Methodist Church with the Rev. Harry C. Sherry officiating. 
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to the
  Western Pa. Chapter, American Heart Association, 224 Broad St., Johnstown,
  Pa. 15906.
