  MARIE T. BENNETT
  
    Marie T. Bennett, 79, formerly of Frostburg Heights Apartments, who was
  residing at the Frostburg Village Nursing Home, died Tuesday, April 2,
  1985, at Frostburg Community Hospital, Md.
    Born in Avilton, Md., she was a daughter of the late Walter Chaney and
  Alice (Whiteman) Chaney.
    She was preceded in death by both husbands, William C. Sonnenberg and
  Carl H. Bennett.  She was a member of the Frostburg Church of the Brethren
  and the church choir.
    Surviving are two sons, William Sonnenberg, Rockville, Md.; Walter
  Sonneberg, Frostburg, Md.; four sisters:  Mrs. Ruth Crowe, Avilton; Mrs.
  Hazel Robertson, Mrs. Naomi Edsall and Miss Vera Chaney, all of Frostburg,
  Md., two brothers, the Rev. Connell Chaney, Grantsville, Md.; Paul Chaney,
  Frostburg, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home.
    Services were conducted at the Frostburg Church of the Brethren by the
  Rev. Harry J. Paterson and Mrs. Bennett's brother, the Rev. Mr. Chaney.
  Interment, Frostburg Memorial Park.
    Pallbearers were William Sonnenberg, Wayne Sonnenberg, Robert Robertson,
  Orlo Folk, Steven Folk and Roy Diehl.
