  WILMA E. BENNETT
  
    Wilma E. Rizer Bennett, 70 of Cumberland, Md., died Wednesday, Aug. 2,
  1989 at her residence.
    Born Nov. 15, 1918 in Fossilville, near Hyndman, she was the daughter of
  the late James H. and Lena V. (Holler) Swauger.
    She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Madley.
    She is survived by her husband, Melvin Bennett, who is a patient in the
  Cumberland Nursing Home; two sons: Walter H. Rizer, Hagerstown, Md.; and
  Roger E. Rizer, Cumberland, Md.; one daughter, Beverly L. Rizer James, with
  whom she resided; a stepdaughter, Bonnie Crosten, Cumberland, Md.; one
  brother, James H. Swauger, Buffalo Mills; three sisters:  Eleanor Whitford
  and Dorothy Malloy, both of Buffalo Mills RD 1; and Marian Shaffer, Hyndman
  RD 1; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Harvey Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, where
  services were conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. by Gregory A. Berger, an intern
  pastor at Christ Lutheran Church.
    Interment, Lybarger Cemetery at Madley.
