  Cecelia A. Benning, 42, Rockwood, died April 5, 2005, at her residence. Born
  Jan. 21, 1963, in Charleroi, she is the daughter of Harry W. and Cecelia
  (Cratty) Franks of North Charleroi. She was preceded in death by her
  grandparents. In addition to her parents, she is survived by sons David G. Jr.
  and Daniel W. both of North Charleroi, and a daughter Rebecca, married to Tommy
  Wellington, Garrett; grandchildren Hayley Benning, Landon, Karissa and Katelynn
  Wellington; fiancˇ, Marvin Bucy, Rockwood, and his son Andrew, Berlin; and a
  brother Harry A., North Charleroi. She was an aide at the Rockwood Personal
  Care Home. Member of Moose Lodge 76 and its ladies auxiliary, Meyersdale. She
  enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Berlin, where a service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday. The Pastor Ron Frisch
  officiating. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be sent to
