  BENSON
  
  Shirley Ann Benson, 49, of West Main Street, Somerset, died Jan. 13, 1987,
  at the Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born Sept 27, 1937,
  in Springfield, Ill., daughter of John W. Wood Sr. of Salome, Ariz., and the
  late Hattie (Burruss) Wood.  Also preceded in death by two sisters: Ellie
  Lukes and twin sister Sharon Jackson.  Survived by father and these
  children: Gary L. of Ariz.; Mrs. Robert G. (Debra) Barron, Somerset RD 3;
  Mrs. Patrick (Linda) Ibinson Jr. of Somerset; Richard A. of Fort Pierce,
  Fla.; and three grandchildren.  Sister of John W. Wood Jr. of Phoenix,
  Ariz.  Former employee of the Coleman Company.  Friends received 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Service will be held
  Friday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.
