    Sylvia E. Berkebile, 89, Berlin, formerly of Hooversville, died May 11, 
  2006, at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born Aug. 24, 1916, in Windber
  daughter of Harvey and Margaret (Arnold) Ott. Preceded in death by parents,
  husband Clarence "Slim" Berkebile, brothers, Charles "Chiz," and Roy Ott,
  and twin brother, Sylvester "Ozzie" Ott; and sisters, Mary Ott, Frances 
  Marston, Myrtle Painter and Elvie Rowser. Survived by sisters and brothers,
  Martha Houts, and Dollie Champanella, both of Hooversville; Robert Ott, 
  Alabama; and Harvey Donald Ott, Idaho. Also survived by numerous beloved
  nieces and nephews. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hooversville, and
  former member of Hooversville Fire Co. Auxiliary. No viewing or visitation.
  A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rev. 
  Gerald L. Myers officiating. Interment POS of A Cemetery, Hooversville. 
  Arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville. Memorial contributions
