William Berkebile

  KANTNER, Dec. 20 - William Berkebile, aged 76, died this morning at 7 o'clock 
at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Clinger, following an illness of two 
years of a complication of diseases.
  Surviving are these children: Mrs. Myrtle Metzgar of Stoyestown, Mrs. Minnie 
Clinger, John Berkebile, Mrs. Maude Barr and George Berkebile, all of Kantner; 
Mrs. Pearl Slick and Mrs. Anna Wheeler, both of Stoyestown R.D.  Thirty-six 
grandchildren also survive.
  Funeral Services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the 
home of George Berkebile.  Interment will be in the Otterbein Cemetery in charge 
of J. H. Blanset, local mortician.
