  BERKEY
  
  Blanche Snyder Berkey, 91, of Toxaway Point, Lake Toxaway, died Aug. 9,
  1988, at her home.  She was a resident of Lake Toxaway, formerly of
  Hooversville.  She was the wife of the late Clammer B. Berkey, who preceded
  her in death in 1962, and the daughter of the late Silas and Mary (Leer)
  Snyder.  Surviving are:  a son, C.B. Berkey Jr. of Highlands, N.C., and
  Port St. Lucy, Fla.; a daughter, Norma B. Yoder of Lake Toxaway, N.C., and
  Naples, Fla.; two grandchildren:  Nichole Potter of Lakewood, Ohio, and
  Kerry Weber of Somerset; and five great-grandchildren.  Memorial service
  will be held at the time of interment in Somerset.  Moody-Connolly Funeral
  Home, in Brevard, N.C., in charge of arrangements.
