  CHARLES S. BERKEY
  
    Charles S. Berkey, 72, of Rockwood, died Dec. 7, 1979, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.
    He was born June 30, 1907, in Middlecreek Township, a son of Charles and
  Sadie (Heckler) Berkey.  He is survived by one brother, Lloyd Berkey of
  Rockwood RD 1; two sisters:  Mrs. Elsie Miller of Rockwood and Mrs.
  Catherine McVicker of Rockwood.
    He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers; Edward and John.
    Friends were received at the William J. Wood Funeral Home where services
  were conducted.  Interment, Union Cemetery, New Centerville.
