  CLARENCE E. BERKEY
  
    Clarence E. Berkey, 75, of Berlin RD 1, died May 12, 1981, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.
    He was born Dec. 4, 1905, in Somerset Township, a son of the late Dorsey
  and Sara H. (Mull) Berkey.  Also preceded in death by one son, Jay; one
  daughter, Mary Elizabeth; and eight brothers.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Marion Dixon; four grandchildren;
  and one sister, Mrs. Roy (Mary) Brant, Sharpstown, Md.  He was a member of
  Casebeer Lutheran Church.  He was a retired farmer.
    Friends were received at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Robert Clark officiating.  Interment,
  Casebeer Cemetery.
