  Dorothy Louise Berkey, 73, Hollsopple RD died July 18, 2001 at Memorial
  Medical Center.  Born July 27, 1927 in Johnstown, daughter of Samuel E. and
  Catherine (Young) Horne.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, James A.
  Berkey; brothers, Earl and Donald; sisters, Pearl Shaffer and Joanne Horne;
  and sister-in-law, Doris Horne.  Survived by daughter, Charlotte R. married
  to David W. Palm, Boswell.  Sister of Mildred, married to John C. Howard of
  Hollsopple.  She attended the Maple Spring Church of the Brethren and
  Benscreek Lutheran Church.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Friday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Johnstown,
  where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Donald Speigle
  officiating.  Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
