EMMA JANE BERKEY

  Miss Emma Jane Berkey, life-long resident of Jennerstown, died at her home in 
Jennerstown recently, after having been ill for a long time.  She was aged 57 
years.  She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Berkey, both deceased.  She is 
survived by one brother, Rev. H. E. Berkey, of Gettysburg, and by one sister, 
Miss Mamie Berkey, postmistress of Jennerstown.  Miss Berkey was a member of the 
Jennerstown Lutheran Church for more than forty years.
