  BERKEY
  
  Georgia R. Berkey, 83, of Boswell RD 1, died Oct. 21, 1974, at Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born May 12, 1911, in Johnstown a daughter of Henry
  and Elsie (Gardner) Boyer.  Preceded in death by parents, husband George R.
  Berkey, who died Nov. 18, 1966, and one brother.  Survived by these
  children:  Greta, wife of Joseph Brown of Morrisville, Pa.; Donna, wife of
  Jerry Salley of Jerome; Wendell, married to Bonnie Fuge of Johnstown; John,
  married to Karen Speigle of Stoystown RD 1; Theodore, married to Connie
  Raley of Boswell RD 1; and Karen, wife of James Bertolasio of Boswell RD 1;
  nine grandchildren.  A sister of Mrs. Marian Eppley of Hollsopple RD 1; Mrs.
  Inez Humbert of Big Cove Tannery, Pa.; Henry of Baltimore, Md.; Glenn of
  Stoystown; and David of Hollsopple RD 1.  Member of Jenner Township Baptist
  Church and employe of Dorfman-Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell.  Friends
  received after 7 p.m. Tuesday (today) at Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home,
  227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.
  Thursday with the Rev. Richard Smith officiating.  Interment.  Jenner
  Baptist Cemetery.
