  BERKEY
  
    Lloyd R. Berkey, 78, Rockwood RD 1, died Nov. 26, 1987 at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 14, 1909, in Middlecreek Township, son of the
  late Charles and Sadie (Hechler) Berkey.  Preceded in death by three
  brothers:  Edward, John and Charles and one grandson.  Survived by his wife
  of 57 years, the former Mildred Dunmyer; three children:  Mrs. Lester
  (Audrey) Snyder, Somerset RD 1; Fred of Somerset; Lloyd Jr., Rockwood RD 3;
  three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie
  Miller and Mrs. Howard (Katherine) McVicker, both of Rockwood.  Owned and
  operated Berkey's Garage, New Centerville.  Member of Messiah Lutheran
  Church, Somerset Lodge 358 F&AM, Harrisburg Consistory and Jaffa Shrine of
  Altoona and Somerset Aero Club.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Friday,
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral
  service will be conducted Sunday at 1 p.m., the Rev. Gregory Pile
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  A Masonic memorial
  service will be conducted Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Funeral services for Lloyd R. Berkey, 78, of Rockwood RD 1, will be
  conducted at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. with
  the Rev. Gregory Pile officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
