  BERKEY
  
    Robert W. Berkey, 69, Jennerstown, died April 3, 1993, at Conemaugh
  Hospital.  Born Jan. 24, 1924, in Jenner Township, son of Harry "Pete" and
  Luella (Kaufman) Berkey.  Preceded in death by parents and brothers,
  Willard and Donald.  Survived by wife, the former Mary Lou Thomas, and
  children:  Linda, wife of David Lamborn, Bradford; Bonnie, wife of Arthur
  Fawcett III, Greensburg RD 4; William, at home; and Timothy, married to
  Cindy Lape, Boswell RD 2; also grandchildren-Kelley Caldwell, Brett Fawcett
  and Aaron Berkey.  Brother of John, Mount Holly, N.J., and Ruth, wife of
  Charles O'Connor and Sarah Klochak, both of Johnstown.  Member of Laurel
  Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown; Jennerstown Volunteer Fire
  Department; Jenner Community Sportsmen; SOAR and Wheelers 'n Dealers Square
  Dance Club.  Retired employee of former U. S. Steel Corp., Johnstown
  Works.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell.  Viewing also from 1 p.m. until time of
  service at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel Trinity Church, the Rev. Edward N.
  Corneilson.  Interment, Mt. Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
