  BERKELY
  
    Perry Berkley, 75, of Jeannette died April 29, 1983 in Jeannette.  Born
  April 21, 1908, in Somerset, son of the late Sam Samuel and Emma (Brant)
  Berkley.  Survived by wife, Margaret J. (Lopez); one son, Arthur Samuel of
  Westland, Mich.; three daughters; Jean Lawrence of Largo, Fla.; Betty Lou
  Pelland of Redford Township, Mich.; and Patricia Ann Gartrelle of Sterling
  Heights, Mich.; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; also two
  sisters:  Catherine Simmons, Lydia Beech, both of Port Richie, Fla. 
  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home where services will be conducted Monday at 10:30 a. m., the
  Rev. Larry Deffenbaugh officiating.  Interment, Pike Run Cemetery,
  Brotherton.  Family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer
  Society.
