  JEFFREY A. BERNARD
  
    Jeffrey A. Bernard, 21, of McHenry, Md., died Tuesday, Aug. 18, 1987 in
  an automobile accident.
    He was born Jan. 4, 1966 in Oakland, Md., the son of Mervin R. "Skip" and
  Nancy I. (Murray) Bernard, McHenry, Md.
    Previously employed at the family's business on Deep Creek Lake.  He was
  a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church.
    Also surviving are one brother, James J. Bernard, McHenry, Md.; maternal
  grandparents, Harry S. and (image faded) B. (Broadwater) Murray,
  Grantsville, Md.; foster paternal grandparents, Perry E. and Lena H.
  (Harvey) Glotfelty, also of McHenry, Md.; paternal grandmother, Mrs.
  Virginia Hullett, Baltimore, Md.; and paternal great-grandfather, Markwood
  Glotfelty, Mountain Lake Park.
    Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, Md.
    Services were conducted at Deep Creek Baptist Church Friday at 10 a.m. by
  the Rev. Donald Wilson.  Interment, Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
