  FRANK S. BERO
  
    Frank S. Bero, 57, Garrett, died June 3, 1980 in V.A. Medical Center,
  Altoona.
    He was born Oct. 25, 1924 in Brothersvalley Twp., son of the late Gilbert
  and Judith Bero.  He is survived by widow Florence (Whorrell) Bero; a son,
  Frank, Jr., Berlin; step-daughter, Patricia, wife of Clyde Christner,
  Garrett; and five grandchildren.
    He was a veteran of World War II, a member of Meyersdale American Legion,
  VFW, Garrett Fire Department and Somerset County Firemen's Association.
    Friends were received in the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where services were conducted with the Rev. William Phennicie
  officiating.  Interment, Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
