Born Dec. 21, 1930, in Jerome, the son of Stephen Sr. and Katherine (Marszalek) Berzinsky. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Joseph and John Berzinsky; and sisters, Mary Rosati, Anna Palmer and Elizabeth Blough. Survived by sister, Olga Manioc, Hummelstown; and Michael Berzinsky, and wife, Lillian, Streetsboro, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, George Howard Tompkins, Williamsport. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and supporter of the Little League World Series. He also enjoyed reading books and magazines in Braille and talking to his pet cockatiel. Graduate of the Pa. School for the Blind, Pittsburgh, he retired after 35 years of service with the Pa. Association for the Blind at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 3-0 Maintenance Office, Williamsport. Viewing from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. Friday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell. The Rev. Father Gregory J. Michalisin officiating.
