    Mrs. Genevieve F. Besyk, 57, 223 1/2 School Avenue, Jerome, died April
  17, 1977, at home.  Born Feb. 25, 1920, in Boswell, daughter of Stanley and
  Mary (Gendalik) Bodziak.  Preceded in death by parents and a brother,
  John.  Survived by husband, Frank M.; a daughter, Patricia, wife of John
  Bazyk, Jerome; and a son, Frank E., married to the former Patti Coughenour,
  Hollsopple RD 2; two grandchildren: Jacqueline Marie Bazyk and Brett
  Besyk.  Sister of: Joseph, Boswell; Walter, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Julia
  Cauffiel, Boswell RD 1; Mrs. Helen Gindlesperger, and Jennie Piasecki, both
  of Belmar, N.J.; and Stanley, Latrobe.  Member of Holy Cross Catholic
  Church, Jerome.  A graduate of Boswell High School, class of 1940.  Friends
  received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday at
  Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell.  Mass of
  Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church,
  Jerome.  Rev. Hubert Konieczny, O.F.M., Conv.  Interment, Church cemetery.
