  BETTERS, Anna Elizabeth 04/13/06 Daily American
  
    Anna Elizabeth Betters, 90, died April 10, 2006, at Berkshire Center,
  Reading, formerly of Somerset. Born Nov. 9, 1915, in Aliquippa, the daughter
  of Michael and Yesmin Abraham. Preceded in death by her parents; brother, 
  Michael Abraham; sisters, Mary Korey and Rose Betters. Survived by son, John
  R. Betters, married to the former, Marjorie Baker, Ocean View, Del.;
  grandchildren, Lisa Marie Betters; Kristen Ann Higgins, married to Vincent
  J.; Darren John Betters, married to Sue Ann (Stahl); and
  great-grandchildren, Conor William, Meghan Brianna and Casey Eizabeth 
  Higgins, and Alec John Betters. Also survived by a sister, Katherine Joseph,
  New Castle. Mrs. Betters managed the Roof Garden Drive-in Theater for 18
  years. Friends will be received 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler 
  Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. 
  Thursday. Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli officiating. Interment at Somerset
  County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations are to be sent to St.
  Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 
  38105, Attention: Memorial Department.
