  MARY E. BETTS
  
    Mary E. Betts, 71, 267 Arbutus Ave., died March 9, 1982 in Royal Oak,
  Mich.
    She was born April 2, 1910, in Johnstown, daughter of Wilmer Todd and
  Minnie Dale (Speicher) Montgomery.  She was preceded in death by parents;
  husband, Robert C; brothers, Norman and Charles, and sisters, Margaret Bell
  and Ruth and Helene Montgomery.
    She was a sister of Ella Greger, Church of the Brethren Home; Gladys
  Horner, Johnstown; Grace Gindlesperger, Atlanta Mich.; Dorothy Vargo and
  John, both of Royal Oak, Mich.; Donald, Rockwood; and Robert, Johnstown. 
  She was a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church.
    Friends were received at the John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, where
  services were held with the Rev. William B. Huson.  Interment, Stoystown
  IOOF Cemetery.
