    Joyce M. Betz, 41, Tire Hill, died Aug. 20, 1993 at Laurel Wood
  Convalescent Center, Johnstown.  Born Sept. 25, 1951 in Johnstown, daughter
  of Norman J. Betz and Evelyn A. (Trexler) Betz.  She was preceded in death
  by her parents.  Survived by sisters, Judith A., married to Harold Mardis,
  Johnstown and JoAnne, married to Robert Hogue, Cresson; a nephew, Daniel
  Mardis and a niece, Allison Hogue.  Member of St. Andrew's Catholic
  Church.  She was a pharmacist at Giant Eagle in Somerset.  Graduate of
  Bishop McCort High School in 1969 and the University of Pittsburgh School
  of Pharmacy in 1974.  Friends received from 2-9 p.m. Sunday at Henderson
  Funeral Home, Johnstown.  A wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Sunday
  at the funeral home.  Funeral services 10 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew's
  Catholic Church.  Rev. Barry J. Baroni officiating.  Interment, Sacred Hart
  Cemetery.
