    Catherine (Simmons) Beverly, 78, formerly of Berlin, died Aug. 17, 1998
  at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base, Md. Preceded in
  death by parents, Frank and Mary (Petro) Simmons; daughter, Flora Catherine
  (Beverly) Swet Swank; 3 brothers; 3 sisters:  Mary (Simmons), Collein,
  Helen, Mike, Frank and Christina Simmons.  Survived by husband, Russell S.,
  Oxon Hill, Md.; and three children:  Ronald of Butler, married to Maureen
  Hogan; Barbara A. of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and William S. of Berlin,
  married to Patricia Hutchinson.  Also survived by grandchildren Shannon,
  Bradley, Jessica and Brandon Beverly and 3 brothers and 3 sisters.  She was
  a member of St. Marks's Orthodox Church, Bethesda, Md.  Visitors will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Kala's Funeral Home, Oxon Hill,
  Md.  Services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mark's Orthodox
  Church.  Interment, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington Va.
