Beynon, 52, Meyersdale died July 19 in Altoona Veteran's Hospital. Born Feb. 14, 1913 in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late H. Clay Beynon and Mrs. Emma Patfield Beynon. Survivors include his mother; his wife, the former Margaret Mosholder; two daughters, Patricia A., New Jersey; Linda J., at home; two sisters and three brothers: Miss Nell, Meyersdale; Mrs. George Bender, Somerset; Leonard, Jennerstown; and William and Donald, both of Laxale, Md. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Meyersdale Fire Company for 31 years, having served as its secretary. He was an employee of the state Liquor Control Board for 29 years. Private funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Price Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles E. Staub officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery.
