ROBERT ELIAS BEYNON

  Robert Elias Beynon of Acosta died in the Community Hospital, Somerset, 
suddenly Monday afternoon, August 3, of coronary occlusion.  Mr. Beynon was 
admitted to the hospital at 9:30 Monday morning.  He was employed by the 
Consolidation Coal Company as a miner.  Born October 9, 1880, Mr. Beynon was 
aged 61 years, 9 months, and 24 days at the time of his death.  He is survived 
by his wife and three children, John, James and Mildred, and by two brothers, H. 
C. Beynon of Meyersdale, and John Beynon of Mingo Junction, Ohio; and three 
sisters, Mrs. Fred Weimer, Acosta, Mrs. Fred Wagner, Salisbury and Mrs. Clara 
Hipp, Meyersdale.  Funeral services were conducted today (Thursday) at Boswell 
at 3:00, followed by interment in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale under the direction 
of R. Reich and Son, morticians.
