His death was due to coronary thrombosis. Mr. Beynon was born in Elizabeth, Pa., August 22, 1872, and was 75 years, 7 months and 2 days old at his death. His wife died in 1939. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Showalter, Salisbury; a son, John Beynon of Scranton, Pa.; one brother, John Beynon of West Salisbury; 22 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A son was killed in action in World War II. Mr. Beynon had always been a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, in the Stanley Thomas funeral parlors, with Rev. Floyd Gotjen, Methodist pastor, officiating. Interment will be made in the Salisbury I.O.O.F.
