  BICE
  
    L. Ruth Bice, 84, of Berlin died May 12, 1999 at Somerset Hospital. She
  was born Dec. 24, 1914 in Summit Twp.  A daughter of the late Albert J. and
  Margarette (Lee) Baer.  Preceded in death by her husband, James Patrick
  Bice.  Survived by her bother, F. Dale Baer of Berlin; two nieces, Nancy
  Cassidy of Pittsburgh and Ida Yoder of Berlin.  Member of St. John's
  Lutheran Church, Salisbury.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to
  9 p.m. Friday at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where the service will
  be at 2 p.m. Saturday with Pastor David Fetter officiating.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
