Born June 3, 1902 in Windber, daughter of John and Dorothy (Bunk) Pluta. Preceded in death by parents; husband, George, who died Jan. 7, 1965; an infant son; a son, Louis; and two brothers, John and Charles. Survived by a son, Aldolf G., married to the former Helen Konieczny, Jerome, three grandchildren, Patricia Barefoot, Diane Taylor and Louise Bieniasz; three great-grandchildren, Cresta and Autumn Barefoot and Melissa Taylor. Was a sister of Thomas of Jerome; Mrs. Catherine Zambrzicky, Boswell RD 1; Mrs. Frances Bunk, Windber RD 1; Mrs. Victoria Franks, Newark N.J.; Joseph of Scotdale; Mrs. Blanche McClure of Laurelton, N.Y.; Steve, Saginaw, Mich.; and Mrs. Nellie DeMarco, Bridgeton, N.J.; also a daughter-in-law Mrs. Anne Bieniasz of Johnstown. Was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Jerome and Auxiliary to American Legion Jerome Post 461. Friends were received Sunday evening and will be received from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Monday.
