    Polly M. (Hershberger) Biesecker, 85, of Jennerstown, DOA April 12, 1994
  at Somerset Hospital.  Born Feb. 29, 1909 in Conemaugh Township, daughter
  of David and Mary (Shaffer) Hershberger.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, Ted C., Oct. 30, 1969; twin sons; sisters: Ivy Schwab, Christina
  Miller and Nettie, and brothers: Earl, Ray and Andy.  Survived by
  daughters: Joyce, wife of Ted Shull of Harrisburg, and Lura, wife of
  Richard Bertolini of Jennerstown.  Also these granddaughters:  Brenda,
  Benton and Kathy Bonham; these great-grandchildren: Richard and Kenny
  Leyman, Christopher Gooden, Scott, Michael and Eric Bonham.  Sister of
  Cyrus Judson and Ferne Johnson, all of New Port Richey, Fla.; Esther
  Harbaugh and Gertrude, both of Leesburg, Fla.; and Jennie Crum of Downey,
  Calif.  Member of Jennerstown United Methodist Church.  Honorary member of
  Jennerstown Volunteer Fire Department auxiliary.  Employed by former Bill
  Brown's Diner of Jennerstown for many years.  Friends received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. John R. Guerre and Rev. Paul
  H. Scruton officiating.  Interment, Hopewell United Methodist Cemetery.
