  BILLS
  
    Mrs. Effie Bills, 84, of S. Kimberly Ave., Somerset, died May 12 in
  Siemon Nursing Home.  She was born Feb. 21, 1889 in Somerset County, the
  daughter of the late Justus and Agnes Wambaugh Glessner.  She was also
  preceded in death by her husband, William J.; a daughter, Thelma; three
  sisters and a brother.  She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of
  Christ.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. today in
  the Richard E. Hauger funeral Home where services will be conducted
  Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. Richard Shellenberger.  Interment
  in Husband Cemetery.
