  LEONA (WISSLER) BILLS
  
    Leona (Wissler) Bills, 83, of Cumberland, Md., died Feb. 20, 1980 in
  Lions Manor Nursing Home.
    She was born August 2, 1896 in Chillicothe, Ohio, and was a daughter of
  the late Charles Wissler and Bonnie (Reed) Wissler.  Her husband, H. Wilson
  Bills, preceded her in death.
    She was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church, Grantsville, Md.; the
  choir and WSCS of the church and the Garrett County Homemakers Club.  She
  is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Flanagan, Cumberland, and a number
  of cousins.
    The body will be cremated and a memorial service conducted at a later
  date.
    Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, is in charge of the arrangements.
