    Gregory M. Billups, 39, 1406 Ridgeview Dr., Somerset, died Feb. 1, 1988
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 1, 1948 in West Virginia, son of
  Grover and Janice (Wilson) Billups.  Survived by parents, Lakeland, Fla.;
  wife, former Diane Rogers; and children, William A., at home; Karen, wife
  of Michael Hester, Jacksonville Fla.; and Gregory, Chesapeake, Va.  Brother
  of Gary, St. Charles, Ill.; Michael, Texas; and Charlene Legg and Marlene
  Graham, both of Lakeland, Fla.  Member of Catholic War Veterans.  Retired
  with 20 years of service from United States Navy, where he was air traffic
  controller and chief petty officer.  Also employed by Philip Morris as a
  sales representative.  Friends received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, Johnstown, where service will
  be held at 11 a.m., the Rev. James E. Cuppett.  Interment, 1 p.m. Saturday
  at Blue Ridge Memorial Garden, Beckley, W. Va.
