  BINGMAN
  
    Lena Beatrice Bingman, 89, Somerset, died April 21, 1997 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Oct. 25, 1907 in Middlecreek Township, a daughter of Park
  Lloyd and Dora Bell (Brugh) Bruner.  Preceded in death by parents; husband,
  Robert Linton Bingman, on Aug. 23, 1979; brother Meade C. Bruner.  Survived
  by children:  Mrs. Samuel A. (Betty) Kendall, Columbus, Ohio; Robert
  Bingman Jr., married to the former Janet Raupach, Meyersdale; and William
  S. Bingman, married to the former Karen Ryan Frostburg, Md.; Frank W.,
  Bingman, Arlington, Va.  Grandchildren: Samuel J. Kendall, Sue K. Gibbs,
  Robert C. Bingman, Joseph C. Bingman, Erika L. Eichorn and William R.
  Bingman.  Great-grandchildren: Phylicia, Ashley and Derek Bingman and
  Samantha and Sara Gibbs.  Sister of Glen Bruner, Rockwood RD 2, and Wade B.
  Bruner, Somerset RD 4.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Trinity Chapter
  138, O.E.S.; Somerset Garden Club.  Had received the Paul Harris Rotary
  Fellowship in 1992.  Teacher for I.U. 08, retiring in 1972 with 30 years
  service.  1928 graduate of Lock Haven State Teachers College.  Friends
  received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at
  the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Services will be conducted at 10 a.m.
  Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset, with the Rev. Robert L. Hoover
  Jr. officiating.  No viewing at the church.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to: Trinity Lutheran Church, 918
  Tayman Avenue, Somerset, Pa., 15501 or Humane Society of Somerset County,
  P.O. Box 182, Somerset, Pa.,15501.  Trinity Chapter 138 O.E.S. will conduct
  a service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
