  EUGENE C. BINGNER
  
  Eugene C. Bingner, 75, Berlin, died May 12, 2004, at Meadow View Nursing
  Center, Berlin.  Born March 17, 1929, in Berlin, he is the son of Richard and
  Elta (May) Bingner.  Preceded in death by parents and a sister, Alice Troy.
  Survived by brothers, Duane, Confluence; and Ronald and his wife, Kristen,
  Louisville, Ky.  Graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. Navy veteran
  of World War II, member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the American
  Legion Harry Fisher Post 445, both of Berlin.  There will be no viewing.
  Graveside service with military honorswill be held at 3 p.m. today at Berlin
  IOOF Cemetery.  The Rev. Gene Oburn officiating.  Please omit flowers,
  contributions may be sent to the American Red Cross, Keystone Chapter, 110
  Sunray Drive, Johnstown, Pa. 15905.  Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, in charge of
