  BINGNER
  
    Frank P. Bingner, 91, of Hickory Hill, Somerset, died July 26, 1982, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 17, 1891 in Somerset, son of the
  late John and Minnie (Dormeyer) Bingner.  Also preceded in death by son,
  Jack; three sisters and two brothers.  Survived by wife, the former Rachel
  Barnhart; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Reed of Somerset and Dr. Janet Bingner
  of Richmond, Va.; and granddaughter, Linda Johnson.  Member of Trinity
  Lutheran Church, Somerset Lodge 358 F and AM, New Castle Consistory, Jaffa
  Shrine and retired employee of Exxon.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where
  service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. H. James Meyers
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
