  RICHARD C. BINGNER
  
    Richard C. Bingner, 67, of South Street, Berlin, died Dec. 16, 1975 in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Jan. 26, 1908, he was a son of Mr. and
  Mrs. William H. Bingner.  He was preceded in death by his wife, the former
  Elta May, in 1974, and by two brothers and a sister.
    Surviving are three sons and a daughter: Eugene Bingner of Detroit,
  Mich.; Alice of Somerset; Duane, Berlin, and Ronald of Hollywood, Fla.  He
  was a brother of Mrs. Helen Von Gunten of Westland, Mich.; and Frank
  Bingner of Youngstown, Ohio.
    He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin, and the American
  Legion and VFW.
    Funeral service was held last Thursday afternoon in Johnson and Son
  Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. George E. Buechner officiating.  Interment
  in the IOOF Cemetery, Berlin.  Military rites were in charge of the
  American Legion and VFW Posts.
