  ODBERT L. BISEL
  
    Odbert L. Bisel, 63, of Confluence died March 29, 1981, in the West
  Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown.
    He was born Nov. 4, 1917 in Henry Clay Township, a son of the late
  John and Cora (Reckner) Bisel.  He is survived by four children:
  William Dale of Confluence; Theodore of Snowshoe; Patricia Fanning of
  Moshannon; and Charles of Clearfield; also, six grandchildren; and one
  sister, Adele Hershberger of Baltimore, Md.  He was preceded in death
  by his wife, Lisabelle Lininger.
    He was a World War II veteran, member of Confluence VFW and
  Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Association.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  where funeral services were held with the Rev. Arthur Gotjen
  officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
