  William D. Bisel, 66, Confluence, died March 31, 2005, at his home. He was born
  June 4, 1938, in Listonburg, a son of the late Odbert L. and Elizabelle
  (Lininger) Bisel. He is survived by his wife Catherine (Kemp) Bisel, a daughter
  Lisa Garletts and a son Dale Bisel all of Confluence. Three grandchildren, Cody
  and Brittney Garletts and Gracie Lynn Bisel. Also brothers Theodore L. Bisel,
  Snow Shoe and Charles M. Bisel, Augusta, Mont., and a sister Patricia A.
  Fanning, Moshannon. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the
  Humbert Funeral Home Confluence where a service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m.
  Interment in Addison Cemetery.
