  BITTINGER
  
    Carol R. Bittinger, 54, of Meyersdale, died Jan. 18, 1999, in
  Franklin County.  Born Oct. 17, 1944, in Cumberland, Md., a daughter
  of the late Wilbert R. and Helen B. (Holzshu) Wagner.  Survived by
  her husband, Tony L. Bittinger and three children:  Christine Talley,
  Winchester, Va.; Penny Holan, Cloverdale, Ind.; and Timothy R.
  Zerfoss, Salisbury.  Also two grandchildren: Timothy Zerfoss II and
  Daniel Baker.  Employee of Hoffman Transport, Hagerstown, Md. 
  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m.
  Friday with Pastor Shimer E. Darr officiating.  Interment, Salisbury
  Cemetery.
