  CORA E. BITTINGER
  
    Cora E. Bittinger, 78, of Grantsville RD 2, died Feb. 19, 1980 at
  the home of her daughter, Mrs. Beulah Butler, Crucible, Pa.
    She was born Aug. 3, 1901, in Jennings, and was a daughter of the
  late Charles Myers and Ida (Bittinger) Myers.  Her husband, Walter
  Bittinger, preceded her in death.
    She was a member of Jennings Church of God.
    Surviving besides Mrs. Butler are another daughter, Ethehne
  Billinger, and a son, Sterl Bittinger; a brother, Herman Myers; and a
  sister, Mrs. Lucretia Stanton, all of Grantsville, Md.; nine
  grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three
  great-great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home.
    Services were conducted in the funeral home with the Rev. Milton
  Morris officiating.  Interment will be in the Trinity United Church
  of Christ Cemetery, New Germany.
